360 Poop Scoopers Terms and Conditions

Client will provide the accurate number of dogs. It is vital that staff are fully aware of how many dogs are on site. Not having this accurate information could potentially result in safety issues for both staff and your pets.

Pricing is based on a normal sized lot. Oversized lots may incur an additional charge.

Client agrees to provide access to trash receptacle or suitable location to leave waste. Waste will be treated with odor eliminator, double bagged, tied up and deposited into your trash can or left at client's designated location.

Client agrees to grant access to yard during the designated service time. Gates must be unlocked or key/lock combination provided. If we are unable to access the designated area and the client is unavailable to provide access, the scoop may be skipped and charges may still apply.

Scoopers are happy to service the property while client's dog(s) is/are in the yard. However, if the dog(s) appear(s) to be aggressive or a possible escape risk, Scoopers will attempt to make contact with the client. If the client is unavailable, the scoop may be skipped and charges may still apply.

There may be times that a scoop must me delayed due to circumstances outside of 360 Poop Scoopers' control. Situations include, but are not limited to severe thunderstorms, hurricanes, flooding, other severe weather or illness.  When this occurs, you will be notified by our team. Missed scoops will be rescheduled later in the week, if possible. Additionally, we do not want to tear up your yard in any way. If it is extremely muddy, we may skip your yard and wait until things have dried out. Missed scoops will be rescheduled for later in the week if possible. If not possible, the client's account will receive a credit the following month.

If your service day falls on a recognized holiday, 360 Poop Scoopers will work out with the client ahead of time whether the service will be performed as usual, rescheduled for a different day or skipped that week.

360 Poop Scoopers will maintain a credit card on file for the client which will be charged on the first of each month. If the card on file is declined, scheduled scoops may be delayed until payment is received. Client agrees that the card on file may be charged automatically each month.

If a client wishes to cancel service, they must notify 360 Poop Scoopers by email by the 25th of the month to prevent their card being charged on the 1st.

Once a client's card is charged, no refunds will be made for cancelled service. Service will continue until the end of the month or we may issue a credit to the client that can be used for pet sitting service(s) or future poop scooping. Exceptions to this policy may be made at the discretion of 360 Poop Scoopers.

Should a customer need to reschedule a visit, please contact us 24 hours in advance via email: lisa@360petsitting.com or phone (980-360-7387.)

Clients may receive a credit on next month's service for a skipped service made with prior notice.

Customers that skip two or more services without removing their pet’s waste during that time may not be credited the skipped services.
